I was interviewed recently for the June 2024 edition of the digital publication “Automotive Industries”. In the article, I described how Imagry uses an HD-mapless, hardware-agnostic approach to mimic human driving through camera-based real-time perception. This method avoids the limitations of HD maps, reducing costs and enhancing safety.
The AI-based system supports SAE L3/L4 autonomy in various vehicles, using vision-based perception and supervised learning for motion planning. Imagry’s distributed neural network architecture ensures adaptability and continuous improvement, making it a versatile and cost-effective solution for autonomous driving.
