Autonomy Mobility World Expo Draws Enthusiastic Audience

Imagry was proud to sponsor the Autonomy Mobility World Expo in Paris, March 22-23. Held in the distinguished Porte de Versailles, the event attracted a large number of European municipality representatives charged with adding autonomous mobility to their public transportation systems. All agreed that the worldwide shortage of professional drivers was impacting their ability to increase bus operation frequency and hours. Many were delighted to learn that the Imagry autonomous driving software, paired with Otokar’s e-Centro electric bus, could solve these problems.

Imagry’s CEO, Eran Ofir, shared a presentation detailing the company’s experiences launching the first autonomous bus platform earlier this year in Israel. As with many first efforts, this trial has proved a great learning experience and will benefit additional transit operators going forward.
