Cutting Edge Autonomous Driving Technology from Imagry

In an article appearing in one of Israel’s leading news outlets, published in honor of Israel’s 75 years of independence, journalist Karen Kramer of HaAretz calls the Imagry method “a unique system, changing the face of transportation. ”

She further notes that “The Imagry system is unique in that it is mapless, with no complex and expensive high definition (HD) mapping required, eliminating localization and communication issues. The Imagry map is based on road data, allowing the cars to be driven in unmapped areas, and to cope with unexpected situations. It can serve a variety of vehicles, offering self-driving options to cars, buses, shuttles and other types of vehicles, with various hardware requirements.” The article contains various images, including one of the shuttle bus at the Sheba Medical Center in Ramat Gan which employs Imagry autonomous driving software, as well as a video demonstrating how Imagry’s self-driving vehicles maneuver in various public road scenarios.
